To achieve this we seek to provide superior customer service and alternative avenues for feedback, ensuring that customers can communicate in a way that best meets their needs. All customer comments are highly valued, fed back into our quality management system and used to improve personal and operational performance. In response to customer comments in the last 12 months a large diversity of actions have been taken including on-going customer service training, focus on listening skills and improvements to our customer counter and waiting areas.

Plans are currently underway to develop and expand the Toowoomba Hyundai dealership in order to provide customers with an even more modern, accessible and technically advanced facility.
